Hey what it is, when it is? I just got an idea after posting up my last post, I mentioned I have only one fear with DEAD MAN's CHEST, that it'll have a "to be continued" ending, and I don't want that. I want it to have an ending where it ends on a good note, and the third movie, is a completely diff. adventure. Anyways, I haven't done any research on this, so I don't know if this information is out there anywhere, but I wanted to ask . . . . What do you guys think the 3rd movie will be about? I'll start with what I think, and I know I read this online somewhere, I just happened to stumble upon it, but I have absolutely no idea where I read it, or even how I can find it again. But I read somewhere, that the third one might be about Will Turner being murdered, and Ms. Swann and Sparrow are out to find his killers. If I remember correctly, I think it said, Will Turner is murdered, and somehow the news reaches Jack and he writes a letter to Elizabeth, tellin her to meet him somwhere and they team up to find his murders. Again, this is just what I think the 3rd POTC might, MIGHT, be about. No one quote me on this, oh and if someone out there knows exactly what the third movie is about, and knows where to find any information, and I look like an idiot posting up this random theory, ummm . . . . .yeah, just forget I posted this up. Again I'm not sure if there is or isn't any info out there anywhere on what the 3rd movie will be about, what do you guys think?

Third "Pirates" Title Confirmed?

A rumor broke out recently that may have accurately revealed what the full title for Pirates of the Caribbean 3 is. 'TomJRdhd' writes today:

I work at a Disney Store in the UK and we had loads of information on upcoming Disney Films up until 2009 on the notice board. The one thing that I found interesting was we had the full title to Pirates of the Caribbean 3...It's full title is Pirates of the Caribbean: World's End.

The plot for the third film is currently under wraps, though the film will of course see the return of Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley in their starring roles. It is scheduled for a May 25, 2007 release date.

I have a feeling it's going to be a continuation, since I remember Keira mentioned that they were filming both movies back to back.

lotr ended about right, they only left out scorching of the shire.

but according to imdb,

"Elizabeth is captured by the oriental pirate Sao-Feng, while more problems surface and other rescues must be staged. "

I just hope potc 2 doesn't make a mockery of the first movie. I'm waiting for july, after that and if I still like the movie, then I'll worry about 3.

from what I seen, it does look like a rehash of the first storyline.. which is a bit worrysome

well if the third one has to do with asian pirates and the guy from crouching tigers, i really hope it doesn't turn into kung fu pirates.

Wasn't this an ongoing gag on the internet? Pirates vs Ninjas? Maybe PotC3 will finally lay the battle to rest and show us who will win.

you know there was a time where they were holding and open casting call for extras to portray asian and spanish pirates. I applied, but I think I was too late, here's the link where I found an application, but the application isn't up anymore.
