wow. supremely unnecessary. i actually prefer the before picture in this instance. the "add[ing] some definition to her bust" in particular is a bit unsightly by comparison. how the hell would her thighs need to be any thinner to look better? half this **** seems like it's just to justify the salaries of the ppl working on it
