Heartiest congratulations to Jessica Alba on giving birth to daughter Honor Marie Warren, even if she did mess up the spelling of 'Honour'. And well done to the actress for refusing to spoil the special time of her first child's birth by selling pictures of the infant to a magazine for a money-grasping payday...
Before the birth, Jessica even spoke of this thorny issue of magazines offering money for shots of innocent newborns, telling the New York Daily News...
"I haven't really gotten any (offers) – not that I'm aware of. You have to understand, everything that is written is kind of bull."
Yep, that's believable. No one thought to even ask her about the baby pictures, hence the incredibly high security surrounding the hospital and bouncers around the cot. But what's this? MSNBC's The Scoop claim that Jessica has already been in talks with a host of magazines, and has been for some time, with an un-named source declaring...
"She is part of the talks, I don't know why she'd go out and say that."
Who to believe? Let's see what the newsstands bring in the next week but you wouldn't bet against little Honor paying for her own rusks and nappies before too long. Source
