A CBB reader emailed us early this morning to say that she spotted Jessica Alba, expecting a daughter at any time, being wheeled into Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The reader reports that Jessica's husband Cash Warren was also on hand, carrying birthing balls, and was seen standing alongside security guards. The timing of this spotting was not reported.

Jessica, 27, is believed to have been due in late May. Baby-on-the-way is the first for the couple.

Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren have welcomed a baby girl.

She was born this weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Alba's father was overheard saying "she's beautiful." Warren -- in a T-shirt, jeans and baseball cap -- was spotted carrying food into the maternity ward Sunday.

Her rep had no comment.

Alba, 26, and Warren, 28, announced they were expecting last December. (See more surprise pregnancies here.)

During her pregnancy, Alba admitted, "anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That’s not something I’m used to.”

Her one fear about mommyhood: Breastfeeding.

She told Extra she had a dream, and "it had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I’m paranoid about. More than giving birth.”

She and Warren got engaged after announcing their baby news.

They quietly wed in the Beverly Hills courthouse's ceremony room on May 19.

They just moved into a $4 million Beverly Hills home with their three dogs.

"It's a lot of stress to buy a house, have a baby and get married in six months," she recently told USA Weekend. "It's a lot of life-changing decisions. I'm really, really secure and happy in my relationship."

While the rest of the world awaits her coming-out party, some choice people have had the honor of meeting Honor. Jessica Alba’s brother, Josh, has revealed some exclusive details to E! News about the baby and her arrival. “Jessica did everything natural,” he says. “It was all natural. It went really well.” As for baby Honor Marie Warren, the first child for Jessica and husband Cash Warren? “She is gorgeous,” says Uncle Josh. “She looks just like my sister.” While many celeb moms opt for a C-section, Alba's natural childbirth put a crimp in her family's plans. “My dad [Mark Alba] was on a business trip in Florida, and Jessica just flew him in last minute,” Josh Alba says. “He is so upset he has to fly back today.”
But the relatives aren't holding any grudges. “We are all just ecstatic,” says Josh Alba. “She definitely looks like an Alba to me.”
