Victoria's Secret names Jessica Alba sexiest actress
Jessica Alba, star of Sin City and Fantastic Four, was named the sexiest actress in the world by Victoria's Secret as a part of their "What Is Sexy?" campaign. Apparently, the curves and smile of Jessica Alba qualify her as sexy, alongside Justin Timberlake, the winner for sexiest male musician, and David Beckham, the winner for sexiest dad (the soccer star has three kids with his model and former Spice Girl wife Victoria Beckham). On Thursday, Jessica Alba was named at the top of the list of sexy entertainers and athletes, as decided by a company that knows sexy, Victoria's Secret.
Who chose Jessica Alba the sexiest actress? The same people who choose what millions of women to feel sexy and who help put together the most sought-after catalog in the country, the Victoria's Secret executives, designers, and supermodel spokeswomen. That means that superstar models for Victoria's Secret like Heidi Klum and Karolina Kurkova have been choosing the sexiest actresses . In fact, Klum and Kurkova are set to host a party tonight in Las Vages to celebrate the names, faces, and bodies that made the list, but it's unclear if Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake, or David and Victoria Beckham will attend.
Other winners this week include Matthew McConaughey for sexiest beach body, Eric Dane from Grey's Anatomy for sexiest actor, Carrie Underwood of American Idol and country music fame for sexiest female musician, Danica Patrick for sexiest female athlete, New York Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter for sexiest male athlete, Kate Hudson for sexiest mom, and Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles won sexiest couple.
Heidi Klum spoke to the Associated Press about the list, saying, "I still think my husband (Seal) is the sexiest dad for our children, but (that’s) beside the point."

Jessica Alba, star of Sin City, Never Been Kissed, Idle Hands, Dark Angel, Fantastic Four, and Into the Blue, will next be seen in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, which opens worldwide on June 15th. You can also catch Jessica Alba in Good Luck Chuck with Dane Cook on August 24th, and Awake with Hayden Christensen sometime later this year. Jessica Alba is also working on the long awaited adaptation of The Eye and will soon get to work on Sin City 2.
