These types of pics make me wonder why the pa-pa bother. It's great to see her but it's obvious that they're trying to drum up a story because these can't be worth that much on the street. She's just paying a parking meter for cryin' out loud.

well i'm guessing to most its not where's parking but where she's going. they just wanna say stuff about her thats untrue to see threre pics. i don't even wanna mention what they probably said.

But I did notice that she has a tattoo on the back of her neck in pic 2. I might be coming out of the woodworks but am I the first to notice this?

No i've noticed that tat for a while. she has three tats. one on the back of her neck.(no not a barcode. lol) One on her rist and one on her lower back.

The one on her neck is ladybug on a leaf i think..

the rist one is a sandskrit.

and the lower back one is a ribbon tie.

To be honest you shouldn't get a tattoo period! I don't have one nor ever inted to. It is just too personal to get one. If I ever did get one it would be something like my last name across my shoulders.
