I hope she's not wearing it to keep a low profile. It would suck to have to go out in camp just to avoid the attention and then still get crazy photographers taking pic while she is eating.

Imagine you were a celeb and wanted to hide your appearance when you went out - how exactly would you go about doing it ? A hat and sunglasses are just about the only way that would still remain convenient. Maybe a wig (but those are expensive and once you're found to wear it, that one's done). So celebs just do the hat thing for the most part.

In Jess' case, she wears these trucker hats probably because her man likes to wear them too.

If I were in Jessica's position, of course I'd do the same thing. Who'd want the paparazzi on top of you photographing your every action on the consistant basis? On the positive side, wearing hats will allow her to have more privacy due to the fact that she won't be recognized as much. Just imagine all the stress she'd have to go through if she were to dress the way she usually dresses in photoshoots only to spend her leisure time outside. I don't blame her, if hats and sunglasses is the way to hide your appearance, do so. She's a human being as well, she deserves her privacy like everyone else.

It's too bad, though. We've talked about how great her style is and then she aims for hat-head?! I hope it's pa-pa driven and not an actual fashion choice because she'd look so much hotter in different hats than b-ball ones.

jessica duznt have any friends that are girls, duz she. i wonder how her personality must be as a result. id still marry her without meeting her tho. hahaha

I think she's mentioned in interviews that she has always gotten along w/guys better than women simply because she doesn't like all the cattiness that comes w/some of them and, as we know, she seems to be pretty protective of her guys as well. It is odd that she doesn't have at least one really close female friend though, even in Hollywood. I mean, even Paris Hilton has Tara Reid, you know.

I didn't mean anything by bringing her up other than the fact that even she has a female buddy. It just seems odd Jess doesn't hang out w/someone like Eliza Dushku or someone regularly. It always seems in the out and about pics we have of her she's never w/any women friends. It sounds like Cash had to bypass the female friends test to date her in favor of the gay best friend test like I did when I met my wife. And they're harder to pass than the women friends tests so I have to give him small props for that one.

Girl-friends can be painful...I totally agree with her. Granted I am female and have female friends but I prefer male friends (nothing sexual completely plutonic) over females. There's just too much crap with girls. And no I do get "crappy" with them sometimes back...but honestly I am aware of it and try to keep it to a minimum. Then again some girls don't mind the crap and don't even realise they are crapping or bitching....

Nothing, I just thought w/her style we'd see her in more hats w/range than just b-ball ones. It's all right if it suits her which apparently it does, I'm just curious why she doesn't have a more range in hat choices given she's a woman of many tastes from what we see.

Hats also help Cash get that great hat head look and maybe lose some hair so I can't complain when he wears them [img]smile.gif[/img]
