Can someone help me out

I'm new, and I hope i'm not annoying anyone by asking this, but what codecs are needed to view the rock me baby video files, i downloaded it and the AMA video plays fine but i can't see the rock me baby ones, i can hear whats going on but cant see... thanks to any help, i appreciate it
