I still think she should sue them for upping their mag sales by using previous pics of her. It's one thing if she's agreed to it but it sounds like a pathetic attempt to up their sagging, Bea Arthur breast-like, sales by slapping an ITB pic on their cover. She should be gettin' paid for that, man!

Ya I know. I guess it might be more expensive to do a photoshoot than buy the pics. Plus most people don't know every Jessica Alba pic like the Fanhost people do. So it's new to most.

yeah they've done this last with paris hilton. but we still don't know if she approved or not. maybe she did but aslong as they showed a good pic.
