| Member ![]() ![]() | Fox has said that Fantastic Four will be among the studio's first 20 titles to be released later this year in high definiton video on Blu-ray Discs. Checking the displayed titles at CES it looks like Into the Blue will also be among the first titles from Sony/MGM: ![]() I can't wait to see Alba in 1920x1080p resolution |

Oh and HDTV is better than DVD quality (if any of you have never noticed)... so these discs' capacity allow HD quality. BTW, have any of you heard whether Blu-Ray or HD-DVD has come out on top yet or is Sony just doing their own thing anyway ? [ January 06, 2006, 08:32 AM: Message edited by: rh71 ] | |

| I'm worse than Al Bundy when it comes to moving into modern technology. Although I was buying DVD's when they were battling DIVX for supremacy so I guess I was ahead of that curve (I also bought VHS instead of Betamax so my gut wasn't on the wrong side of home entertainment at least 2 times). And I do own a PDA now, even though I don't know how to use half the things it can do. I guess the price of it all angers me from video games to computers to TV's. You throw down ~$2K for something that goes obsolete in two to three years. It's a conspiracy, I tell you! |
