How Do I Insert A Picture Into A Post?

HELP!!!

I cant figure out how to put this really sexy picture of Jessica that I have in file on my computer into a post.

Hey, u can go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload it and then u will see some links to uploaded pic, also link to post it at forums. The pic must be max 850kb.

after you upload the pic to whatever site you choose, get the url for the pic and then come back here and click image and then in the small window that opens, paste the url there and it will display the pic in the thread. i added a pic of where you will need to click to add the url to make it easier to understand. dont click the pic i posted. it wont work. lol
