a question about the paranoid dvd

i just bought paranoid on dvd and was wondering if anyone else here has it on dvd too. the reason i ask is the dvd i got is just a plain disc with PARANOID on it. no pics, nothing. just the title. i was curious to know if it came that way or did i get a burned copy of it?

My disc has pictures on it, the top two pics that are on the case, along with the same PARANOID.

my paranoid DVD just has "Paranoid" written across it. It's a white cd with "Paranoid" in black writing.

I bought it at Wal-Mart like months ago...it was only $8.99.

is your dvd white or is it clear like a dual sided disc? mine looks like a dual sided disc with PARANOID on it. i bought mine online through spun.com. it was only $5.99. after watching the movie, i can see why most people probably didnt like it but i didnt think it was too bad. it was better then a lot of movies ive seen before, but it could have been a whole lot better too.

My cover has pics of jessica on it, and the people in movie, says paranoid in green in middle and don't close your eyes lower, the back has description of movie and other normal stuff, inside cd is black with title in green plus copyrights at bottom, hope this helps i paid like 20 for mine and its for real.

i probably should have just done this from the beginning, but i scanned the disc and the cover. im sure the cover is original but im not sure about the disc. all it has is the movie. no options, menu, extras, etc.. hopefully i didnt buy a copy of the disc. it does work good. the video aspect of it is fine but the sound quality is kind of crappy though and it sounds a bit low. i had to turn up my stereo to about 3 to hear it well when normally i can have it set between 1 and 2. thank god for 15 band equalizers too. lol. thanks to everyone for their help so far.

BTW, if anyone wants the 3121 x 2145 1MB scan of the cover, i will gladly e-mail it to them. just send me a e-mail and ill get it to you a.s.a.p.
sry about the size of the pic of the dvd. i didnt know it would post that large. lol. looks like i need to clean my scanner too.... badly

Yeah, that's definately a copy, considering now they have printers that can print directly on the disc. I have watched copies and can barely tell the difference though

The one I have is white.
Then just has "Paranoid" written in black.

like i said in the post that followed the pic, i apologize for the size. i was in the process of making a smaller pic and lost my connection and just got back online about 10 minutes ago. i was under the impression it would just post the link like the other pic did. i used the same tags so i dont know why one pic showed as the pic and the other was just a link. next time i post pics, they will be smaller with links to larger versions.

Looks like u got a copied one dude not exactly sure on that since i dont own the disk but yeah from what people are saying and the the picture u provided of the cd and the one sheen posted it looks like u got a copy.. may i ask where ya bought it?

to layzie.... hmmm. ok. my bad. i probably forgot to use the img tags for the second. they say the memory is one of the first things to go at my age so ill blame it on that. lol

to sheen..... thx for the info. looks like i probably got a cheap bootleg. ill be sending it back tomorrow. another question, does yours (or anyone elses) have anything other then just the movie like lang and sound options, captions, deleted scenes, etc..?? like i said, im getting old so the hearing is going too. Or it might be different companies... i have a cd that i have to of..(one was given to me and one i bought before i reseved the 2nd one) well anyway the cd is different then the other one and i looked on the destribitor on the back of the box and it gives two different companies so yeah it might be that too... different distributing companies

i bought it thru amazon.com and believe me, ill be complaining. i have ordered many dvds thru them before and never had a problem before. this one was supposed to be new too. it still had the stickers at the top and bottom of the case but im sure they can probably just make them too. anyway, its going back and ill find a real copy elsewhere. i have bought over 200 dvds thru amazon but this will be the last. ill stick to buying them from hollywoodvideo. they sell them used 3 for $25 with a 1 year guarantee here where i live and i havent had a problem with getting replacements from them for anything i have bought that was faulty.

that may be true too but in the other posts people have said they have discs that are plain white with title, black with the title, and another says it has pics on it. mine is just clear with the title and looks suspiciously like a copy so ill just be sending it back and requesting either a real copy or a refund.

then i must have gotten a bootleg because mine has nothing. no menu, options, extras etc.. when i put it in my player, the movie just starts and most of the options like captions, diff languages,and the menu function dont work either [img]graemlins/steaming.gif[/img]
