Well yes... you have no idea how many times I had to explain to people, that besides the fact that almost every word in english has more than one meaning... you can even "derail" the pronunciation of certain words to this side or the other to "achieve" other meanings... And on this is based much of the american comedy and stuff.
This explanation goes when they start to look at me like I'm a retard laughing at nothing... when I watch for instance... "Arrested Development" (Mention this show... because is the perfect example... Uses this kind of humor more than any other... and has no "live" laughter, has it?)

I wouldn't say the misreading of the title to sex terms would make you "Evil." I'd say more Dr. Naughty than Dr. Evil (I'll save you the Google trouble and say Dr. Evil was a Mike Myers character from Austin Powers whereas Dr. Naughty was Jim Carrey's Handyman nemesis from In Living Color). I don't think there's a Dr. Kinky that I know of, that is, unless you really search the porn sites to find one which I'm sure there's one out THERE.

We're all goin' straight to hell for thinkin' of her in these respects, you know, but oh what a ride baby!
