-Into The Blue (is a for sure)
-Beautiful Killer- We know for sure she will help produce but she didn't say she was going to star in it in the channel one interview so its a 75% chance she will and a 25% chance she won't.
-Surprise Party (this is a romantic comedy that they have offered the role for that she was interested in)
-Fathom (she doesn't know about this film, she wants to do it but she doesn't know)

I think it's so cool that she would be doing a romantic comedy. Who would you like to play her best friend's husband that she will pick up at the airport in Surprise Party? I'm thinking maybe Josh Hartnett or Orlando Bloom. What do you think?

Hmm, that would be nice, and he's around her age right? It would be cool to see Michael Weatherly.. lol, or uncomfortable for her.

I can't see Chad and her being believable in this together. Probably some unknown actor. That might be best..

Jessica is currently filming 'Into The Blue'. That filming started this month (Jan).

I think that Fathom might have been an early working title for Into the Blue. This could explain why she knows nothing about it as the title might have been changed by the time she came into the project. Any thoughts on this?

Fathom is a James Cameron project, that from what I have read he is still interested in doing. They seem to be at the screen writing stage at the moment. I have some doubts that Jessica will actually make this picture. She is schedule to start filming Into the Blue very soon and then it looks like she will do Suprise Party next. She did say in a December interview in Atlanta while she was promoting Honey, that she is scheduled to produce and star in Beatiful Killer, which is alot like her Dark Angel character, but this probably won't be released until 2005. So I don't see her doing Fathom on the back of an action movie.
