Yeah..It dropped to 8th but for it to make 20 Million so far and for it to have opened up at #2...proves to me and I think to all the critics out there that Honey was not a flop. I'm glad it didn't turn out to be a flop...To me a flop is considered like Gigli in where it opens up at #8 with only like 2 Million made and then is pulled from the theatres in the first week..That to me is a flop and Honey sure didn't do that so I still consider it to be great movie and defiently not a flop like some were predicting. I don't know the figures on Glitter so I can't say how quickly that went out of the theatres and how much it made in it's run cause I didn't see it or look for it in the info back then LOL  So yeah, it might have fallen to #8 but it still in no means does it mean that this movie was a flop [ December 15, 2003, 11:34 AM: Message edited by: Flyin11 ]

It already made back all of the production costs and then some. Now all it has to do is make back all of the promotion costs and it'll be a money maker. I was thinking over the weekend that it wasn't promoted nearly as much as a lot of the flicks out now. It also was shown in less than 2000 screens. So all things considered it did pretty well.

people were saying how much it dropped. But look at the box office totals http://movies.yahoo.com/boxoffice/latest/rank.html third place goes down to 9million, forth place goes to 6 million, four more spots only drop 2 million.
