I'm uploading the 5 individual RAR files. Anways, I think it'll be faster this way since you can download all 5 files at once, my hosting downloads at 300kpbs+ so I think 5 individual files is actually better than the 1 220mb file. You shouldn't have any problem getting the files

What program are you using to unrar it ? If you're using WINRAR, you can do a check of each of them first. What's the exact error message ?

It plays for me, I reuploaded without any errors from my FTP site. It could be that the data is corrupting as you download it from the site. Seems odd the first four download fine and the last one (which is half the size) corrupts.
