HONEY star JESSICA ALBA has infuriated her father with her sexy spread in the latest issue of men's magazine GQ.

Alba is the covergirl for the American publication's April (05) issue, but her barely-covered curves on show on the inside pages has left her dad extremely unimpressed.

She says, "When you're in the moment you don't really think about the results.

"I called my father and I said, 'Dad, I sorta did this naked kind of photoshoot thing, but hear me out - it's not bad, it's very tasteful. It's for GQ. I'm not showing anything really.'

"And then he was like, 'What? Really?' And I said, 'Yeah, maybe you shouldn't look at it. Like maybe none of your friends should look at it either and then you won't have a problem with it!'

"He actually saw it and he said, 'It's a lot worse than I thought! Why would you disrespect me like that? Now everyone's gonna see you like that!' I was like, 'I'm sorry, dad!'"

Do you really think his friends are saying anything to him about his daughter. Besides I will bet that her family is proud of her. By the end of the summer she will be one of the most sought after actresses around.

well first-off she's what, nearly 24?

and secondly, I hardly think they are disrespectful. On the contrary, they are tasteful. No offence, but though I can understand a father feeling uncomfortable with his daughter presented in shots like these, it is people who see stuff like these and call them disrespectful etc, that give women such complex and low self-esteem.

Honestly, for example, if I were a stripper...i would obviously have more confidence and more respect for my body then most women who hide their curves.

Sounds kind of stupid, but I wish at times I had half the confidence that strippers do, and then I think about all the other things strippers are known (the majority) to have cofidence in doing, drugs for example.

Eh. I go for the old thought/view of, your body is a temple. A sacred one that doesn't need to be shard with the millions. ^_^

If she posed for GQ it must have been tastefully done. So, about that GQ spread, anyone have a link to where one can view it?
