Don't see her quiting acting, but she could own a restaraunt. Many celebs have done that.

It would be a good idea for her. Go to university, get education, do something great with her life like teach, inspire and help people in general. She could still act, but do some quality acting in theater instead of what she is doing now.

in my opinion, she's worked too hard to get where she is right now just to quit. Maybe 5-10 years down the road, but not anytime soon. I heard about the restaurant thing also, but it sounded more like a side thing.

She's getting starring roles in movies now... not Idle Hands and Never Been Kissed secondary roles. She's taking the next step from Dark Angel and it's good for her career. What has she sold out from ? Being a nobody ?

She sells sex... sure she acts, but letting be objectified in the process isn't the answer. It's not art or acting. She gets money from all that garbage that is sold to the kids. If you think that she's acting to sell sex, then you aren't thinking very much beyond what you see on the surface. Were you even a fan of her work before or are you judging by what you see this past year ? We know about her love for acting and how she thinks of it as an art. Doing the latest few roles is what she wants to do. Is it the only thing she can get ? Fantastic Four says no. Sonic says no. She exploits her sexuality because it is an element of what the situation calls for right now. It is also what everyone wants in terms of marketing. She's a self-admitted sexual person by nature so it's not a hard sell.

I feel as if you're calling her a "sell out" because she's not the innocent Jessica we want her to be, or was once depicted to be. We all want her to be special. But the roles she's taken and what she's become doesn't make her a sell out. She has real projects coming up... Sonic is a producer/actor role which should not perpetuate this "sex sells" mentality that you believe has come upon her. Sell-outs don't come back, do they ? That term sickens me - it's used way too frequently and loosely...

There's people who are just fans of "underground" people or groups... but once they get big, they are deemed "sell-outs" and become the un-enviable talk of Internet geeks everywhere. I hope this isn't one of those situations.

How about all the paraphernalia that is sold with her name or face on it? She doesn't get any premiums from that, does she? Of course not... She earns her money fair and square, what a valuable member to the society and art community. I like her, but she has done nothing but flirted her way to the "top" in a short skirt and sometimes even less than that while suckng out whatever she can from so called "fans" - a herd of emotionally disturbed and retarted adolescents as well as her more "mature" audience of sexually frustrated "adults".

I think it's pretty obvious F4, Sonic, and Dark Angel are among her portfolio (or at least will be) and she didn't (and will not) shake her @$$ in any of those. TV appearances like 90210, Chicago Hope, or Entourage neither.

ok first off, are you a fan? If not then why are you on here just to make a jackass out of yourself?
Anyway if you are a fan of hers why piss and moan about the movies she makes. I read somehere of her saying she would never do a full on nude scene. the closest she came was in "The Sleeping Dictionary" were she used a body double for that.
