2006 Saturn Awards Nomination

Jessica Alba was nominated for a Saturn Award in the categorie "Best Supporting Actress" for her performance in SIN CITY where she played Nancy Callahan. Also nominated in this categorie are: Jennifer Carpenter, Summer Glau, Katie Holmes, Michelle Monaghan and Gena Rowlands. The show will take place on May 02, 2006 in the Universal City. In 2001 Jessica Alba got a Saturn Award as "Best Actress" for DARK ANGEL.

And there is also a news about Jessica's upcoming movie AWAKE. The release date for the USA is September 01, 2006.

i'm sure she will. why wouldn't she? she nominated. and i think she was there last year also.

That's my humor: bad jokes. Occasionally I pull some good spontaneous ones out of my head but I'm not a comedian by any sort. Most of my stuff is one liners or good timed movie lines no one directly knows until I clue them in.

Incidentally, saw SpongeBob: Lost in Time on Nick last week. Acting was a little stale, I think Patrick was doggin' it and I personally longed for a little more Squidworth. The plot was also predictable but once again, Bob saved the day w/his comedic timing. I'd give it 2 snaps and a medieval swirl (see In Living Color for that reference).

In Living Color now that's really old there about 15 years or so.

speaking of out of this world. it would be nice if they could start setting up those beach front properties on the moon. i really want to visit outer space before i die.

i'm quite the jokester myself. very sarcastic and dry in my humor. i prefer the cold hearted jokes. the ones that piss people off. i do what you could say "slip one in when no ones looking". like, "i just flew in from new york and boy my arms are tired." "oh you don't get it? it's like the airplane joke, it's just a little over your head." "whats red white and blue after a drunken fourth of july? my wife and kids." Q: what did the elephant say to the naked man? A: how do you breath thtough that thing.

that is good that crash won that was a great movie. i also hate it when a movie like brokeback mountain just gets released before the osacrs too. i think it makes them look better when it is released right before awards like that.

i know crash was great. but i don't think resse witherspoon sshould have won best actress. all she did was mimic another person. i mean the other 4 had it a lot tougher.

and imight get bashed for this but i don't think reese is that atrractive. she got a big drive in movie threater forehead.

I dunno what your looking at, I think that she's pretty good looking, very classy.

reese witherspoon is pretty. she has a cute look to her. but she is not too far up on the hot chick list. as for her acting ability i think she is just as good as anyone else. she did deserve the oscar for her role though. i actually get sick of seeing women win because..

1-they play a drug junkie
2-they play as a male/guy/she-male/etc.
3-they play as a crazy person

it's nice to see someone win for a change by just playing a regular role. plus since deniro is my favorite actor, i can't side with you on this one alba lover because he played as jake lamotta in raging bull. one of my favorite movies ever.
