A lot of good ideas in that link, too. I've been doing a lot of that stuff over the past 9 months and have lost a LOT of weight. Good to have a few more ideas.

You have to be kidding me that she is that insecure that she has to tell herself 5 things that are good about herself...what if she is interrupted does she have to start over...that is soooo fake!

Confidence does not come from affirmation...it comes from your successes...big or small...success breads confidence...look at her success...she should be very confident and happy and trying to convince herself that she is "o.k."...

Jen please just know in your heart that you are what you want to be...get away from psycho-mumbo-jumbo

I would be up for buying a workout DVD of hers she does has some experience with that and it would be cool to have Todd Maybe give some expert training advice as well on the DVD.

Maybe call it "Dance Workout With Barbie The Adult Years"
