Hi!!!

Okay.. I would like to know if anyone has any rare songs, remixes of songs or anything that I could download/buy. I know that the following exist but anything else would be great.

How Do I Deal [Modern Adult Remix or something] (from some single)
Valentine (NO IDEA where this is from but I heard she recorded it!)
Couldn't Find Another Man [Radio Edit] (I seen this on eBay as a PROMO CD but the seller wouldn't ship to Ireland so I lost out :( )

I can fill you in on the story for the track "Valentine". Love has always adored two popular disc jockeys at KIIS-FM in Los Angeles - Jojo Wright and Valentine are their names. She's visited the station many times, especially years back when she was doing more music. One day back in (I think) May of 2003 the two jockeys were having an arm-wrestling event for the station and Jojo accidentally broke his arm. Love felt very bad about the accident and wound up writing a song called "Valentine". They played it on the station many times back then and for a short while they had it available as a download at their website. It's long gone now but many fans have it on harddrives and back up discs. Love also performed the song live at the Wango Tango concert in Los Angeles that same year. Both of the disc jockeys were onstage as she sang the song to them. Sadly I don't have the track right at hand. Maybe some old fan can upload it for you soon. If I can find the audio I'll upload it for you.

This isn't what you were after but just for fun here is a small interview with Jojo Wright and Hewitt on KIIS from a long while back. They talk about a few things including those Three 6 Mafia guys "relieving" themselves in front of her home, Ghost Whisperer and Hanes underwear (the ending is hilarious).

Great info I love Love.

The only rare songs would be on the heart of glass vinyl records which really are not that rare I got all of the three records I own for less than $30 shipped to the US.

Other than that there area few songs on itunes related to Love that she does not sing one is from a band called folding faces sort of a tribute to Love.

The other two odd ones are a karaoke version of Barenaked and a cover of Barenaked from a unknown studio group

Somewhere I have a link for the website that still have copies of heart of glass on vinyl for a real good price. I think it was less than $8 US when I bought it shipped.

Were those just the generic (blank) sleeved vinyls Zach? I had PM'd you about the picture sleeves but maybe we missed each others PM's?

They are the blank Lisson Label 12" vinyl record with the blank white sleeves.

There are two sellers who have the Lisson Label 12" for sale on discogs. I got my Lisson version from this site a year or so ago and everything was great.

They've increased your PM box to 200 and I should go in there and clear some space myself.

Yeah, I have multiple copies of the generic sleeves including a couple of generic sleeves with the label name printed on the outer sleeve but I've never found any of the picture sleeves at all. You really scored on those and I've been looking for them for around 10 years too. At least your find brings some hope to an item that I never even believed existed. Only one old banned Fanhost member named Ronald used to talk about having a picture sleeve and I never believed him for a number of reasons.

I think my box got screwed up when after I had deleted some messages a few months ago. I did have quit a few more than 50 PM's. But now I am only allowed 50???

But now I have 48 messages both inbox/sent and am at 96% full

Never knew picture sleeves even existed or that there was a version on Global Records until I got the records 2 months ago. You should have seen my eyes when I opened the package and saw the picture sleeves

These cost me €11.80 or $16.50 Us total with shipping from Germany. Not bad for something like this they are not mint but are in pretty decent shape and look much better in person.

I am so glad I decided to buy both the 7in and 12in vinyl's even though I had the plain black sleeve 12in Lisson Record already.
