Love's Tattoo?

I noticed that in this picture: http://www.imagebam.com/image/2380ec24577924 it looks like Love has a tattoo on her ankle. This is a cap from Craig Ferguson the other night. Does anyone know what it is, or when she got it?

I actually noticed that and had to look closer, it's either just a shadow or its a small tattoo

If it is a tattoo I think we might have known about it somehow before.

I looked over all the photos and its a little bit visible in all of them, I think it might be a very small tattoo

Indeed, you'd think we'd have heard about a tattoo. The thing is it's much too dark to be a shadow. I looked closer and it's either some shoe polish or something even more mysterious. At first I just jumped to the conclusion that it was a shoe strap that was tucked into the side of the shoe, but it's not that either. I'm not even going to gamble on this one since it really does look like some kind of scribbling, not a typical polish "smear" at all. If I let my imagination go wild it almost looks like a tiny arrow aimed at a tiny heart, with what looks like some initial or something below the arrow. There's more right against the shoe's lip behind that blotch which I can't make out at all.

To me it looks as if it might be dye from her shoe ? In any case it doesn't look like a tattoo to me. Could it be a bruise perhaps ?

I have a gigantic television, I believe it's more than a shadow, if nothing else it's some kind of polish stain or a transferred stain from inside the wall of the shoe. It's much too dark up close and seems to almost have a pattern which could be the pattern inside the shoe.

I think if it were a tattoo we would've seen it before and she would've mentioned it. It could even be a bruise.

Could be, but it's way too black and it has odd separate detailed markings that a regular bruise wouldn't normally have. She is accident prone so you may be right.

If it had anything whatsoever to do with Ross, she's not going to announce it to the world right now. Talk about a big accident if it were. She didn't wear the engagement ring on Craig's show and that makes sense too, why invite any accidental discussion on the topic.

I'm pretty sure it is a tattoo or at intended for us to mistake it as a tattoo. The dialogue between Love and Craig also alludes to it. While the camera is focused on only one shoe, Craig uses the plural and says 'look at those' and Love says 'they're new'. Obviously the plural could be referring the 'pair of shoes' but that would be to overlook Love's art and style. Craig and Love are quite careful with their tone of revelation. She always toys with speculation and seems to enjoy it. She wore rings on her fingers prior to her engagement. She refused to wear slimmer clothing amongst pregnancy rumours. This is her way to turn the tables on 'what's in the know'. And let's not forget, tattoos have that sexy vibe to them. That'd be a good way to drive ex-boyfriends a little nutty after a break up; have them wondering about a tattoo: What is it? Who gave it to her? etc etc. Anyone know if Ross had a foot fetish? Haha.

It goes hand in hand, pardon my pun, with her bandaged hand. The ring finger taped up? Probably following the return of the engagement ring. She's a tough little firecracker who uses unconventional dramatics to express herself. I imagine you learn pretty quick not to mess with her.

I thought the same thing about the bandage on her left hand, but didn't know whether or not I should say it. What I was thinking was that maybe it's her clever way of showing that she's not wearing the engagement ring anymore, especially since it was recently reported that Ross said that they were "trying to work things out" and "still wearing our rings."
