No, it's been available in the USA since November 2008 on both standard and blu-ray discs. The only reason I haven't bought the blu-ray yet is that it's insanely overpriced with a retail of $39.95. I refuse to pay anything close to $30 for any movie. So far Deepdiscount has it for $26.89, still too high, I'll wait for the next super sale around mid-year:

The movie is awesome, much more worthy than some tiny moment with Love. It's hilarious, even Robert Downey Jr has been nominated for an Oscar and somehow Tom Cruise got a Golden Globe for his lunatic role. I hear they'd like to create some kind of spin-off movie for Cruise's "Les Grossman" in the future.
