Will Anne Archer be back next year?

Now that she has her own show on the CW will she be back at all as Melinda's Mom? I know she wasn't on there much but I like her character. Both her and Jay have new shows. Maybe it will depend on the success of their shows as to the return of their characters.

You have made a good point there. Though she didn't play a main character, she's played an influential one. Maybe they'll bring her in as and if they can do. It's all down to filming schedules.

Mohr is credited for episode one, as is Jamie Kennedy, no idea about Archer as yet. She's bound to return, but when. They had rumored that Mohr would probably be seen in a couple of episodes on the series' return.

I remember reading some weeks ago something about her coming back. I think it was one of those TV guide questions about scoops from shows in the upcoming season. Someone asked for something on GW and the answer he/she got was that the only thing they knew was that Anne Archer was coming back as JLH's mamma.

Remember that one of the characters is going to die, as Jamie Kennedy stated in a recent video on the official "Ghost Whisperer" website. My guess is either Melinda's mother or Ned.

If Melinda's mother dies, then she would be able to join Melinda's father, whom she still loves.

If Ned dies, then maybe Delia wouldn't be skeptical anymore about Melinda being able to see and communicate with spirits.
