Wedding postponed

Supposedely the wedding has been postponed because of a supposed " rift " in the relationship between Ross and JLH . The cause of it is the fact that Ross is filming in New Mexico and JLH is filming in LA.

I just checked and this article is recent and from news24.com which is in South Africa.

These are sent out by Yahoo alerts whenever a celebrity is written about in a news story.These aren't tabloids . Furthermore a lot of times tabloids print out stories which are true before other publications do. People have a right to read about all information that is circulating in the news media and then everyone is free to decide for themselves if the story has any merit to it or not. Finally if a newspaper speculates whether JLH may be pregnant or not or if a wedding has been postponed is in no way offensive to JLH, so no harm was done to her reputation. If any harm was intentionally done to her reputation I am sure that she has lawyers who can handle the situation and that she does not need your help in dealing with it.

It is offensive, how do you justify it as newsworthy when it would make Love feel bad. Do you really think Love would find these kind of posts nice? Come on man. It's rumors no matter where you got them. Listen, they're posted all over the net at this very moment and almost every one of them are at tabloid sites. Yahoo, Google, any search engine will bring this horrible stuff up. It always has and always will. Those same search engines can bring up dark evil things as well. Sure you have the right to read all the fairy tales you want, that's the fun of the internet. It's not cool to post upsetting things like this. If it comes to pass then we'll all be talking about it. These myths have been floating around since Love and Ross first got together and will continue forever.

It's not about me or you or a whole building full of lawyers, or whether you or I can help her or not. It's about Love's reputation, FEELINGS and her PERSONAL information. Try posting this stuff at her official site, give it a try. And why would her official site remove it in a heartbeat? Because they represent her on the internet and don't allow this kind of horrible stuff. They respect her privacy and allow her to control what the site gets to share about her private life.

If you honestly want to post these kind of things then the IMDB boards are the place for it. They're hurtful and disrespectful each and every day of the year. You can post this type of thing there and you'll even have others applaud it.

YOU are posting at a site that can get into trouble from this kind of thing. You could threaten this board with this kind of post. Well, why attack me ? I'm not the one writing these things or distributing the articles. It is YAHOO which is alerting everyone to these articles, not me. Also how could this hurt JLH when she has NEVER heard of this site or ever visited it for that matter ? Would JLH be concerned I wonder if someone posted something unflattering about you on the internet ?
Anyways no need to pursue this subject any longer because I won't post any more articles from YAHOO alerts whether favourable or unfavourable.

It's far from an attack, you are posting hurtful rumors, not I. You did indeed distribute it right here. One about her marriage and one about pregnancy. I'm sure you probably realize that this message board is by far the BIGGEST site for Hewitt fans on the internet, bar none.

And would you feel good if someone posted personal information about you on the internet? No matter who they were? Whether Hewitt would be concerned about me is neither here nor there. She doesn't know me from atom/Adam. On the other hand we ALL know Hewitt and most of us DO care about her privacy. You are completely wrong about Hewitt not knowing this site. You haven't been around long enough to know though. Ahhhhh, where's dear Mo when you need him? Hewitt has friends on the internet and you can rest assured they try and help her in anyway they can. The history of lovehewitt.com goes back to some of the earliest days of the Hewitt online experience. Over those years very few of these sad things have been allowed.

No worries, many don't like me at this board anyway so the thread will indeed die in no time. Please go post these kind of things at the IMDB board, they love tabloid stories.

I'd rather Mo told the story but I don't know where that wonderful guy is anymore. He was the moderator back then and he has the tale concerning Love and lovehewitt.com.

What little I do know about Love on the net is her official site says she does visit there. When her official site was created back at the beginning of the millennium Love visited their message board. They had a big event where Love answered questions that fans submitted right there, in real time. She had her own screen name and truly talked with fans for around an hour or so. It's a shame that the transcript to the talk has never been released. So, sadly, you had to have been there to know about it anymore. Then another time, when The Tuxedo was being filmed, Love showed up at the message board again and posted about having insomnia. After that time I don't believe she has ever posted again.

Now her site has a thread which asks fans to direct questions to Love. It started in April of this year. So far Love has not responded. Hopefully she'll post again. As far as I can tell, one of the main people who works for Love on the net, Lindze, is the one who would possibly arrange any such posting. Lindze is the one who created Love's myspace page, a web designer. The newest video of Love at her official site talks about the new season four filming, about the fires that destroyed some of the sets, how they've had to use some Warner Bros locations to film in while they rebuild. You can hear someone behind the camera ask Love about something, and I'll bet you it's Lindze again. There is also a cute shot of Love and Lindze taken at Halloween. There is also a video of Love in her Halloween outfit from that year which is still posted. I'm quite sure Lindze taped that one too.

So, anyway, Love is not blind to the internet. I have no way of knowing what she reads where. But this board is the most active one anywhere on the internet. Nothing else comes close, so she HAS to know about it. It's a real shame that the official message board is so dead, since it's her true window to the internet. There have been rifts between some fans and posters when it comes to that board. There is blame on both sides, but you'd hope people could "just get along" as Chub suggested. Sadly, that doesn't really work in the real world. Almost no one supports her official board at all, and that can't be helping her online activity one bit.
