Ghost Whisperer is just an okay show, so I don’t really watch it until there’s nothing good on T.V. Since all my favorite shows already ended, I decided to watch season 3. I must admit that the whole Tom Gordon not being Melinda’s dad bit, really surprised me. I didn’t see that coming, at least not until Melinda’s mom said she lived with Paul Eastman for a while. It was good. It answered some of the mysteries surrounding Melinda, but also opened more questions for the next season. I’m wondering who Gabriel is now? Is he still Melinda’s brother? There was this one scene where Tom referred to Melinda as “your sister” when he was talking to Gabriel. It’s possible that Gabriel never knew that Tom wasn’t Melinda’s real dad. Also, that underground thing is not yet resolved too. The whole mystery of Grandview. I have a theory about the cliffhanger. During the end, Payne saw only five shadows instead of six. I keep rewinding it, and there was a gap between Delia and Ned where Jim was supposed to be standing. I wish I could post some screen shots. I’ll try to acquire some and update this post later. But anyway, is Jim dead? If so, it would be awesome but at the same time sad. It will give the show some new drama and twists. It would also mean that Melinda’s mom would get more screen time since Melinda will need a family. I’m sad for Melinda though. They’re a really happy couple. Jim seems to be the only person who understands and supports her. Anyway, let’s just wait and see what will happen next season. I will definitely watch it now. I’m intrigued. |

| Member of Sylar's Army  |  i also have to go with the whole thing that something is happening with jim. i watched that whole shadow thing over and over and also noticed that gap. jim is standing behind and inbetween delia and ned, the shadows should have shown jim's shadow a little shorter then the others since he was behind the others. i don't think anyone is dead but this is some kind of warning that i'm sure mel will have to figure out. |

| JLH Nut |  Looks like it's Rick.... Ghost Whisperer - Jamie Kennedy joins cast Jamie Kennedy is joining the cast of the CBS drama "Ghost Whisperer" as a regular. On "Ghost," which returns for a fourth season in the fall, Kennedy will play Eli, a graduate student in psychology at the local university who forms a bond with Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt). Kennedy, repped by Paradigm, fills the void left by the upcoming departure of Jay Mohr. Mohr, who had been a regular on "Ghost" for the past two seasons as Professor Rick Payne, is expected to appear on the first couple of episodes when his character, Payne, will go on sabbatical. Mohr will segue full time to his new series for CBS, the comedy "Project Gary," on which he plays the title character. Source: Hollywood Reporter |
