It reads freely translated:

"Cleavage dreams
Spring is close and the cleavages get bigger. For Jennifer Love Hewitt this gain has a festive reason: She wants to be a sexy bride at her upcoming marriage."

Am not sure when this issue was released but if 11/2007 reflects November 2007 I rather would wonder why someone would write "spring is close" ?

Oops... this dates March 8th 2007 as one can see on top of that scan... sorry for the confusion.
