| The angel in white! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ok I caught this commercial tonight during GW it's Love asking for people to donate money to the Red Cross for the fires in California and other disasters that happen over the US every year. It's only 10 seconds long in XviD MP3 format but enjoy ~ Zach I have made 2 versions a large one and a small one for those that can't play the larger resolution video Small Version http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BUM8H463 Large Version http://www.megaupload.com/?d=APJIQLTR Screen Caps ![]() |

If you downloaded the larger file and get a frozen window it may be that your monitors resolution is set to low and you need to turn it up like from 800x600 to 1280x1024. Your monitors resolution may not even get high enough to play this video. In that case downloaded the smaller version that should work. If you downloaded the smaller version you may not have the XviD codec installed. If you don't download it here http://www.free-codecs.com/download_...hp?d=3932&s=52 Otherwise I dont know whats wrong with the video.

I changed my screen resolution to 1280 x 1024 but the larger version still froze half way through. The "small" version could play at any resolution without the video freezing. Just curious, what resolution does one need to have to play this video ? My monitor is a LCD and it is only a few years old. Does one need a resolution higher than 1280 x1024 (which is as high as mine will go) to view this video ? Thanks,

My PC setup is this the cheapest base model Dell sold in 2003 and the cheapest Dell CRT screen with a max resolution of 1280 x1024. I am using Windows XP SP2 and VLC Player to play all my video files. This set up has never failed even with my HD videos at 1920 x1080. You might try VLC player if you are using Windows Media Player. Just tried the full size video in WMP and it froze the video but the audio played through. That might be your problem ![]()

| Member Newbie | This is sooo great. First off, Thank you Zachlaka for posting this. Secondly I hope this gets now even a broader attention as many victims really need some urgent support out there. Last but not least a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Hewitt for having had such a nice idea. |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() | I tried playing the video with a few different players to see what would happen. Real Player same as Windows Media Player ,audio with frozen picture. Quicktime would not play it at all. VLC had audio but no picture at all. Not an important issue but I'm just curious as to what is going on with these different players and which is the best to use in general when viewing videos ? |
