Very cute, and I like the way she did some reddish highlights in her hair to go with all the fabric. Do you know where this is from? Seems like a rare photo in which one is aware of her petite-ness.

You can thank the camera angle for that. Most of the time, the cameramen tailor their shots to the specific subjects they are shooting so that they are literally "shot in the best light". For Love, that means cameras shot at or below her height level. As far as angles, I don't think she has a bad one.
