"House Arrest", Her fourth movie (1996).

It was very weird, She was "dating" a 25 year old guy on Party of Five (Scott Wolf) and, at the same time, "kissing" this boy who seemed to be 14 (IMDB says he was 18, but that's very hard to believe...)
