I just uploaded a clip of The Suburbans. I'm planning to upload the whole movie but I kind of think that it would be tricky for people to watch a movie in youtube in 10 cuts. Anyway, here's the link to the video... enjoy!!

The movie wasn't a successful eventhough Love was the hottest star of that time.. Reason??? lack of promotion

Why do you think Belgian movies are doing so badly? Good promotion is crucial for good movies... Thanks for sharing that clip, someday I want to see this movie.

I'm glad you liked it Preston, sometimes you have to work really hard to see a Love movie, but they are ALWAYS worth it.....

Oh oh I hate to think what Borders charges for The Suburbans. It's extremely cheap now, retails for a mere $9.99. You can buy it for just $6.09 TOTAL at deepdiscountdvd, free shipping, no tax.

The movie is pretty bad in my opinion, yet the two Stillers are hilarious and Love looks fantastic throughout. The movie absolutely bombed in theaters, not even lasting one week in most major cities, no ticket buyers.

I just watched it again and it has more than its moments! It is a riot. There's subtle and forceful humour. The one-hit is catchy. The writing is crisp. It's as funny as CSSC. And the casting is brilliant and the story is pure jokes — I mean the premise is about some hotshot who obsesses over a nobody whose autograph she got when she was seven...
