same pbm with the format i had with the car video you posted as well...can some upload them as wmv or avi extensions?

It's an average MPEG2/AC3 video. Try changing its current extension (TAO) to MPG or MPEG.

If you can watch it but cannot hear it, download and install AC3 filter:
