Would you still watch "Ghost Whisperer"?

If Love was not in "Ghost Whisperer" would you all still watch the show?

Do you watch the show only because of Love being in it? Do you watch the show because you really like it, regardless of Love being in it?

I wouldn't be watching GW if Love weren't in it. She's the draw for me. I'd buy beachfront property with a mountain top view in west Kansas if Love were selling it on an informercial.

Same here. Love is the reason why I watch the show. It's a great show, but I don't watch a lot of shows.

Good question and in all honesty I would have possibly watched one or two and moved on. I can barely keep up with television, now with the return of "Lost" I barely have time to record these shows, archive and get ready for the next week, much less all the great music appearances I'm swamped most of the time.

I don't watch television at all. So I wouldn't watch GW if main character was performed by another actress.

Thinking about Love works (series and movies) without Love, I would have watched just Party of Five.

A very good question...

I do like programmes like this so I would say yes....

But not 6 or 7 times like I've done because Love is in them....

I love GW and if she was not in it from the start I would probly still watch it but Love is Melinda and I could not see another person playing her and if they recast her I would not watch the show. From GW she has become one of my favorite actresses.

I like GW. I probably wouldn't worry about missing an episode so much if Love wasn't in it but I think I would watch it. Friday nights has pretty slim pickings for TV viewing and I used to watch Joan Of Arcadia so I am sure I would watch GW. I work alot on Saturday mornings so I am home early on Fridays and watch TV. My concern is not Having Jim back next year. I think their whole relationship makes the show and it is heading towards something happening to him. That might make me stop watching especially if she ends up with Prof. Payne. They are great together- but not great together in the love sense.

If it was otherwise the same show I would still watch it now I've got in to it. However if Love wasn't in it I never would have started watching it in the first place.

I don't like the show. The only reason I watch it is Love. If she were not in it, I would never watch it. The last thing she did I liked was the Tuxedo. I wish she would do more movies.

HM....
I like them both!! In season one we had have some very awesome moments, in season two Jim's still a sweetheart but the only thing I miss is Andrea!!
But the episodes are great in S2!

I started watching the show because of JLH. Whether I would watch if she wasn't in the show would also depend on who the person playing the "Ghost Whisperer was . For instance if Vanessa Marcil wasn't on the show "Las Vegas" then I probably wouldn't watch it .
