Sorry to say that's very old news Q-Love, that "mowefilms" site posted that news many months ago. We can only hope it's eventually released. We heard rumors that it may have been seen in Russia theaters earlier this year, but we haven't had any Russian fans report back on this either. IMDB has other misinformation on this release too, they're not that reliable on all counts.

Sadly YouTube, removed the trailer of "The Devil and Daniel Webster" from their site, they're cracking down on copyrighted material so thousands of videos are no longer available.

Thanks for the news Q-Love, I do hope it gets a release. But it's been on the shelf for so long now, due to all the legal wrangling with Alec Baldwin. I really do hope that, like Dave, it gets at least a DVD release. They could add an extra film on of how it finally got released, as it's worthy of a film in itself!

No way, don't be bummed, we all have a need for The Devil and Daniel Webster.

I'm wondering if Russia may wind up with an early DVD release for The Devil, like they did way back when "If Only" came out there almost an entire year earlier than the rest of the world.

i remember Leonard the critic from ET said in 2003 that a movie that's release straight to DVD wouldn't help anyone's career. The fact that, Love that time was the hottest acctress (she will always be) this movie should be release in theaters to convince viewers she can take on adult roles.. that's according to him and I kind of agree on to that!
