I wonder why they chose to call this their Halloween episode? The next episode is the last one before Halloween and it even looks scary (with the supermodel peeling the flesh off her face).

Probably because the story takes place just before and on Halloween (how did you like Delia's pirate costume?). The Bears think the episode was originally scheduled to run on October 27 but when "Giving Up The Ghost" was indefinitely postponed, "A Grave Matter" was moved to October 20. Hence the confusion. We agree that "The Woman of His Dreams" was a pretty scary show.
