For some reason Zachlaka's vid is a little out and sync and the quality is reduced. Normally the caps Zach posts are nice and smooth. I went ahead and saved the stream so there isn't a reduction in quality from what you see on the website.

Hmm... I will look into this maybe it is just my computer being slow but I couldn't find the WMV stream so I used camtasia studio to record it. It looked choppy when I watched it in high quality on the site too?
