I've tried to fix that weird square format, with no success (besides, I don't want to recompress it again, due to its low quality). If you play it using BSPlayer (or Xine in GNU/Linux), you can modify its size to a standard 4:3.

And there's some synchro issue, but I don't know if it affects just me or it's general. If so, warn me and I will fix it.
