| Cannot live without Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | "Dearly Beloved" Yesterday was public holiday here, so I've found time to deal with this 3rd episode. 32 captures this time. ** Warning: possible spoilers (actually, not so very important) ** Bailey is trying to improve his school record and Sarah suggests him to stood for election as student vicepresident. Notice those last two pics: she celebrates every little step she takes towards her goal. How sweet... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At Salinger's home, Sarah comes with several arguments to convince Bailey to work with her... and finally succeeds. Another step, another sigh: she's gotten a "date". Did I mention how sweet she is? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Next evening, at Bailey's room. While they are (actually, she is) training the candidature, they have a friendly fight. Bailey says her reaction was cute, comes closer to her and when she's waiting for the kiss... no way, he just asks her to write the speech :( ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sarah keeps struggling despite Bailey's apathy. Then Julia turns up and tells her what she actually knew but didn't wanted to hear: Bailey is not interested in elections nor in her. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by mced; 08-16-2006 at 03:30 AM.. |

| Cannot live without Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No room for sweetness now. Sarah comes to Salinger's home and confirms Julia's words. Even more, Bailey pays more attention to the f... ball than to Sarah. The result is obvious: first clash. Am I the only one who thinks Love's amazingly pretty even when She gets mad? Look at these pics... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Finally, the declaration. "Did you really think that I was doing this because I'm so civic minded? (...) Did it because I'm in love with you, you jerk" ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Third chapter is full of clashs. I felt very bad for Justin... BTW, I you feel bad for that hollow in your bookcase, there's certain DVD packs (p.e. Party of Five first two seasons) that would fit well... P.S.: Any suggestions about my weird English spelling/grammar or plot details that I could forgot/mistaken will be appreciated. ![]() How wonderful life is while you're in the world. I also loved the part when Sarah was playing basketball and she told Bailey she used to be a really good player before she grew too short.... No wonder everybody fell in love with her, it was also the first time I felt like sticking Bailey in a dustbin and rolling him down a hill.... Thank-you for bring back such happy days Raul.... And if you haven't got the DVD set yet, what are you waiting for..... ![]() |

Close to impossible I suppose, some silly English lines/sayings probably can't be accurately translated anyway, throw in some translator's notion of what was said and you wind up with something entirely different. I bet the Spanish box set doesn't give you accurate subtitles either. Great captures man, I sure hope we see season three sometime soon. The series just keeps soaring throughout those early years. |

| Cannot live without Love ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Correcting myself: just a few days ago, Sony Pictures has resealed an international Party of Five 1st Season box, with: English, French, German and Spanish languages and many subtitles. Maybe good news... I doubt Sony would release it if sales didn't go well. Another bit to my exhausted credit card... ![]() How wonderful life is while you're in the world. And yeah, the Spanish dubbing was sweet, but not close to her original voice. Now I come to think that every line and song said and sung by Love is beautiful! | |

If anybody is still curious about how Love "sounds" when being dubbed by another actress, take this little one (2713 KB): http://rapidshare.de/files/29946760/...anish.avi.html ![]() How wonderful life is while you're in the world. | |
