Gw has consistantly had 11 million or so viewers most of the year. This is great for a Friday show especially in the spring where people are staying out later and aren't home till later in the evening. 11 million stayed in to watch.

Yep. Friday shows get low numbers and "Deal or No Deal" is tough competition, but GW has kept it's core audience which means we get more seasons of this increasingly kick-ass show.

Does anyone know when the next season will be aired. I live in the UK and have had to download this program(naughty i know but hey the UK wouldnt know decent TV is it hit them around the face with a wet cod). I thinks its the best thing ive watched in a long time. My only beef with the show is that Mellinda's wardrobe must have its own time zone as she changes three times an episode and never wears the same thing twice. Its becoming a game in our home to spot the same outfit twice (and yes we are that sad). So if any one can help with the question When is the series two being aired?

No date for the start of season 2 has been given yet, all we know is it's still going to be shown on a Friday at 8pm, but you will find out about it here first.

It's great to have another UK fan with us, Channel 4 has brought the rights to show the first season in the UK on E4 and fingers crossed Channel 4.

They said back in February they would be showing it in the spring but still no sign of it yet.

Typically new episodes start around September here in the States. We'll just have to find something else to do during the summer months.

Dave, thank Jim for the information. We've discovered finding rating stories on line is difficult. With GW settled in the same spot next season, we'd like to see it climb up over some of those lesser shows above it.

Hey! As they say about many computer programs, that's a feature, not a problem. Melinda's ever changing clothing is a fun thing about the show to us. We've counted her wearing as many as 17 different outfits in one episode. Moreover, it helps mark her as an eccentric so the town's people aren't too surprised to see her talking to herself (actually conversing with a spirit) on the square. Check out this thread.
