The songs has a catchy beat. This was one of Love's first single. The songs was recorded in 1990 long before her first album "Love Songs" was released. Though you can't buy it anywhere, it's proven to be a massive hit, a great one indeed. Well if you ask me, as what I listen on to it... it's a great songs for her age.

i don't like her early albums, especially the love songs album. those songs are so sweet and silky, i don't like that. i like it when a part of the author of a song puts a part of him or herself in it. i do like barenaked and some tracks of let's go bang and jennifer love hewitt, but love has contributed not much on those first albums...

It IS her first single ever. Cover version of the Blondie hit. Originally available through Germany as a jewel-cased picture sleeve CD single and as a plain-sleeved 7" and 12" vinyl record single pressed in the UK, quite rare now and very hard to find. The last one I've seen sold for over $300 on EBAY. It contains a couple of dance-mix b-side tracks not available anywhere else as well.

Love's cover version of Heart of Glass was never a true hit, the original Blondie version was.

Well I have this track though I don't have the actual album though I hope to have. I'm looking at it at amazon but isn't available. The album also features the L.A. Gear Theme. Well I hope amazon.com will have some copies so I'll pick one. And "A Place Called Home" is great also! plus I think her live songs were great too. The Barenaked Live in TRL is great! It was never on an album, only a single. Heart of Glass will likely never be re-issued.
