| Hey everyone, seeing how i live in BFE South Carolina, the chances of me getting Love's autograph in person is slime to none. Ive been trying to get a good autographed pic online for weeks now and I just cant tell anymore especially on EBAY. There are alot of pics with Certificates of Authenticity but all the "autographs" look so much different from eachother. Can anyone suggest a good site and or auctioneer to check out for a REAL autograph pic? I wouldnt mind paying a few bones for a nice one, but Id hate to spend money for some Joe Blow to forge an autograph on some cheesy scan! Thanks everyone in advance |

Unless you get an autograph in person you'll just never know. Almost all the big certified sellers TRADE autographs all the time. Just because a seller has a certificate of authenticity means nothing. Anyone can buy a bushel of those forms. I've never bought any autographs on EBAY. EBAY may be the biggest collection of cons anywhere. I can only suggest one seller but I don't know if he has any right now. He sells by the name calhotshots at EBAY. I've known him personally for many years and he generally only sells autos that he gets or trades with others you could trust. Even then you still will never know the validity of an autograph. Only an autograph that has a photograph of her signing the actual item being purchased would be pretty good proof. Don't let those sellers with the COA make the big difference. Autographs are truly the toughest thing anymore. There's just too many thieves out there. One other avenue is to wait for a benefit auction item but those do go for bigger bucks since they are certainly the real thing and Love generally signs her full name on those items. These days she generally signs either JLH with a "heart" symbol or JLHewitt or an unreadable JLH scribble. I've never seen a recent "Love Hewitt" autograph in years. She used to sign that way when she was a kid. |

| Other than standing there watch her sign her name the only way to be resonably sure to get a verified autograph is to print or buy an unautographed photo and send it with return postage to her (either through her production company or through her official site). By sending your own photo it may get to her to be signed. Good luck. |

Most stars have an auto-pen. A machine that signs the person's name exactly. There is no guarantee of authenticity through the mail because of this machine. That used to be a good way to get autographs years ago, not any more. The auto-pen is too perfect and can use any pen or felt pen you want it to write with. |
