Though brief, Love's English accent sounds pretty weak in this trailer. Even some of the best actors can have a tough time with accents. Harrison Ford's accent in K-19 was very painful, verging on horrible. It's a tricky talent, especially to carry that accent through an entire movie. On the other hand you have magicians like Cate Blanchett or Val Kilmer who seem to do most accents perfectly. I'd say it was Love's weak spot in the Audrey Hepburn Story. In my opinion, she still did a pretty darn good job with Hepburn's strange accent. |

| I can't really tell what her accent sounds like, the audio on those flash videos is awful and I only really heard her in the scene at the door. Mind you, from what I've gathered from the plot summary, in the one scene on the telephone where she sounds really odd, not only is she doing an accent, but her character is pretending to be someone else (to fool her husband), so that part does sound strange. Aside from that, it is kind of hard to follow not understanding what is written on the screen, but it looks like it could be good. |
