| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() | I ripped Confessions to a CD sized file and uploaded it to isohunt so it can be downloaded with a Bittorrent client like Azureus. Google Azureus, download and install it and go to this link. http://s2.isohunt.com/release.php?ih...at=-1&id=11901 |

I recommend Azureus. http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/win/30807 or http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22820 Install it and enjoy! |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() | Please keep the file open until your share ratio is 1. or more (called seeding). That is the way Bittorrent works. If everybody quits the program after their download is complete others won't have a full file from which to download. Also the more copies available (seeds) the faster the downloads for everyone. | Thanks a ton for the video! I don't have access to Oxygen but thanks to you I can see the movie, whenever I want. This actually was my first time using bittorrent, and it wasn't tough at all. As you suggested I'm leaving it open while my comp is on, so everyone out there can have it too. |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() | Wow! What a response! You all are very welcome. I've been lurking here for ages so I feel as if I know some of you already. I'm glad I could contribute. I know, as do all of you, the frustration of not being able to see something she's done. The one I really want to see is "If Only". The snippets I've seen look great. |

| Junior Member ![]() ![]() ![]() | A quick Google of shareaza says that it supports Bittorrent so yes, it should work. I've never used it myself so that's all I can tell you. I don't think the program you use affects the download speed. It's determined by the connection speed of everyone connected and the more people connected at once the faster it is for everyone. Hope this helps. |

| Thanks for sharing with us who can't get Oxygen. But for your info it does not fit on a cd unless it is compacted with winrar or something; so to watch it later one has to transfer it back to harddrive and extract it. My guess is that Xvid would be a more efficient compression format and better quality. If you are rich enough and skilled enough (I assume you are skilled enough), maybe you might consider this format. I have neither the equipment, skill or money to capture in any format. I really am not complaining, just making a suggestion to consider. Again thanks for the torrent. |

| Wow thanks so much, I don't get Oxygen so now I can finally see Confessions! :D The quality actually isn't that bad either, except for some bluriness in some spots but I can look past those. I tried encoding in Dr. Divx and the file came out much smaller at 400MB. Now I'll probably make a SVCD out of it so I can watch it on my DVD player. btw is xvid the same thing as divx, or what? I'm a bit confused  [ March 16, 2005, 05:10 PM: Message edited by: Rasheem ] |

| Concerning a couple of the above posts. Although the .mov torrent file posted is slightly large to put on a cd, as I pointed out above it can be compressed by winrar or a zip program and then will fit if someone really needs to get it on a cd to make room on their hard drive. And no divx and Xvid are not the same. I like Xvid much better than divx and if I could afford the equipment and software and had the memory and drive space and had time to learn, that is what I would use. With the proper codecs (there is an Xvid site to get them, a Google search will find it)Xvid will run in media player but it is much better to use BSPlayer (bigger screen size, etc.) which can also be found with a search. |
