Lil Info bout "If Only"

On the IMDB board someone posted :

"i saw a screening of it last year and it really sucked! the only good part is when jlh gets topless and you see her whole naked back. no tits. "

Thats one more thing we know bout the movie ( the back scene)!

Do you really think that this would deter anybody on this message board from seeing the movie? Not I.

That person has such eloquent writing skills... but seriously, I don't think a topless scene from the back is a biggie, she had the same thing in Heartbreakers and her Barenaked video.

I'm just getting restless waiting to hear something about when this is going to be released.

Guess whoever wrote that review wanted a nude scene.

There's also a back scene like this in the D&DW which you see briefly in the trailer for the movie.

I wonder if she was really nude and laying on top of Paul Nicholls in the scene in If only or do you think she was covered up in the front?

A back hmmmm. Uhhhh big deal. That certainly won't merit any extra attention to Joe Blow on the street. That IMDB poster may have never seen anything but Scooby Doo 2 anyway.

I'm going with BooBoo's critique of If Only and hoping we may see this movie someday. That guy with Winnebagos on his mind at IMDB just doesn't impress me very much.

I have to agree, I doubt it'll be any longer than what was shown in the Barenaked video. A similar scene in Heartbreakers? :confused: I also think that the scene in the DaDW trailer is Kim Cattrall, not Love.

There is a scene in the trailer where she is laying asleep in bed and Alec Baldwin touches her back. She mentions the scene in this interview she did some years ago.

But the premise of "IF ONLY" is serious
enough to sound like a possible hit!

However, I'd hate to think that all Love
Spell Productions would always wind up in
the "black hole" of a small Florida film

On that same imdb web site, you will find four great reviews of If Only from people who attended the Sarasota screening. And some of them were not JLH fans to start, though they wrote how impressed they were with her performance and the film, itself. So a guy who's reviewing a film based on JLH's naked back, and whether her tits are shown or not would not be the review I'd take to the bank. He probably thought it sucked because she DIDN'T show her breasts!

I personally love Jennifer Love Hewitt, but have no problems saying when her movies suck. I saw If Only and I loved it. This is hands down her best acting to date, and the film is amazing. If it sucked I would have already posted that it sucked. I can't wait for this to come out in theatres so I can see it again.

It really was good, and I'm hoping it's released soon too.

Almost correctly. Just splitting hairs but the scene in TOYL was actually frontal when Love removed her blouse to reveal her bra. Then seconds later they did indeed show her bare back as she started to cry.

There was one other scene in another TOYL episode where Love was changing her dress and her then "barely a boyfriend" saw this through a crack in the door. That scene also showed a tiny bit of Love's lower back as she zipped up. The clothes were being applied, not dropped there. I know, too much silly observation.

I hope we get to eventually see this movie!
