love signing the bike on leno

did any1 watch the tonight show with jay leno earlier 2nite? love showed up to sign the bike that they are auctioning off to help victims of hurricane katrina. does anyone have any caps or vid of this? well just letting you all know.

I taped Leno, but I usually set it for 11:42 or so since I usually fast forward through the monologue. I hope I didn't miss her!

I rarely watch Leno, it will rerun next Thursday night/Friday morning at 2:05 AM, so we should get a second chance (once in a blue moon they change the late night rerun). I've noticed the surprise signings have been close to the end of his monologues and sometimes even later.

After 173 bids the motorcycle sold for $505,100.00.

Well, Love is on really early if she went on and signed the bike. My tape picked up the last part of the monologue and I missed it. I've already made a note to record the late night run next week ;) .

Dave, I agree that was a lot of money the bike went for, I was disappointed leno's goal was not met. He was trying 4 the 1 million dollar mark. I'm not suprised that it didn't sell for higher price, lately the red cross is having a lot of red tape helping the victims, I wouldn't say this if cnn could not back up my story. My family on my dad's side had to evacuate due to hurricane rita. they r ok, but poor planning by the texas officials. My aunt was stuck in traffic for 20 hours with my 83 year old grandma in the heat, she could have died from the heat or gotten real sick. My grandma does suffer medical conditions. Sorry for this long talk this has been bothering me for a week.

I did get a chance to see it on the replay. I think my tape started just after she'd left when I recorded Leno last week. My tape kinda fritzed out on me a bit, which was extremely frustrating, but I saw it ;) .

I can't wait for the cap to see it in better quality (thanks in advance for that [img]smile.gif[/img] !).
