|  I went through all of the items for the auction and I can't find Love's stapler!!! I wonder if they will add more as time goes by. I am going to bid on it if I can find it. |  If I understand correctly, "Staples" Office Supply and the Staples Center normally don't have anything in common....this was just a clever tie-in.... but then, where DID the Staples Center get its name? There used to be a Black music act....the Staples Singers...does anybody know the connection, if any? The more ridiculous, the better! (re: the objects that JLH signs) [img]graemlins/spin.gif[/img] |

There's the Staples logo. Immediately above the entrance doors. Staples paid 100 million dollars to have their company's name emblazoned on top for a 20 year term. It's an amazing venue. It has multiple eateries on every floor. You can eat pizza from Pizza Hut or go down a hall and eat at Carl's Jr. A massive arena with good sound reproduction and ambience.
