We don't see much of Dr. Todd Hewitt...

Last I remember, he was 6 foot tall...

and with slightly reddish hair....such as

when he was on with Love on E! Channel's

"Talk Soup" in August, 2000...

JLH has a short family, it seems, with

few known relatives...

The Guy She Is Seen With Has Been In Other Pics With Her While She's Out & About.
Ex: The Pics Of Her With The Doggie In Her Purse From Weeks Ago.

Todd hasn't been seen in a while. He's starting to lose his hair too. Todd definitely has played bodyguard for her in the past. This recent guy is probably just one of her real bodyguards. Isn't that the same guy she was photographed at Disneyland with and there was other photos of them when she had cook book or something? They were this time last summer. It's definitely not her brother.

Damn I need a life, I couldn't tell you what I was doing last summer.

The guy at Disneyland was actually a boyfriend at the time. He was the one who met Love on a movie set in the UK. He was photographed with Love another time when she was walking into her home carrying a bunch of stuff and he was walking ahead of her into the house (not assisting Love). Most of us (at least I did) confused him for a bodyguard since he was/is certainly older than Love.
