I've just come across this old article by Love, giving us some very good advice..... [img]smile.gif[/img]


LOVE'S ACTING ADVICE......


Anyone who knows Love Hewitt knows that without the support her mom, Pat, has provided her throughout her career in show biz, she would not be as successful as she is today.

When Love was encouraged to move from her hometown of Waco, Texas to L.A. at the age of 10 in order to better her chances of stardom, her mom was already packing both their bags.

"Mom is a big reason why Love is who she is," her big brother Todd's explained.

So it makes sense that when Love, who's currently starring in the movie Can't Hardly Wait, dishes advice to aspiring actors, she always stresses the importance of having a support system on which to rely.

As Love has learned throughout the years, show business can be really cutthroat.

"It always helps to have extrem support," says Love. "Make sure it is something that you really want to do. If you feel you are missing out on something else in your life, get out."

Just like most professionals in the business, Love's had her share of ups and downs.

Although she co-stars on one of the most popular TV shows Party Of Five, and has already starred in several motion pictures, including last year's I Know What You Did Last Summer, she attests that even she doesn't get every part.

So imagine how bummed out the people are who never get any work at all?.

Knowing that her mom is there for her has given Love the courage to fight for everything she's accomplished. But if there's one thing Love wishes she could do, she's said it would be to "give every actor who wasn't working a part, because they all deserve a chance."

Now there's some advice casting directors should here!

LOL It's understandable since you're refering to Love. Here's a what Merriam-Webster's Online Thesaurus suggests:

Marvelous, astonishing, astounding, miraculous, prodigious, strange, stupendous, surprising, wonderful, wondrous
