| James Van Praagh is the psychic guy working on Love's new series. He briefly mentions this in the interview at the link below. http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepu...psychic09.html Q: How is it working in Hollywood? A: I live my life with integrity. But working in Hollywood - aye, aye, aye! Oh my God. I'm working on a series right now with Jennifer Love Hewitt that comes out in the fall. It's a pilot, but I think they are going to buy it. I have a really good feeling they are going to buy it. But anyway, there is one story line where a plane crashes and 300 souls are walking down Main Street. I spoke up and said, "Nuh-uh. That would never happen." I told them things don't work like that. I'm known as my work being the truth, and I couldn't allow it to be portrayed that way. When there is a major crash like that, there is always the spirit world to bring them over. They said, "Hey, it would look like the show Lost, it would be really good!" I'm like, "Not with my name on it, sorry!" |

I'm just glad to see Matthew Fox with a successful series that will also be seen next season. His first attempt at a series after PO5 "Haunted" flopped so damn fast and it really wasn't that bad. One problem was it had to compete with Angel, not a good time slot. 24 is fantastic, there's never been a TV series filmed in real time. Very similar to Depp and Walken's Nick of Time, and that flick was superb, in my opinion. This James Van Praagh may be in for a rude awakening when it comes to screwing with TV screenplays, unless he has some airtight contract which gives him power over everything, not likely. I love how he only "thinks" the show will be picked up for next season, can he already see it in next season's lineup or not? I guess he's no tele-psychic or Dan Akroyd. Hehehe. |
