"Heartbreakers" was a fun movie -- it was a double treat for me, since I also think Sigourney Weaver is very attractive for her age. And it must have been fun for the both of them to work with a great old pro like Gene Hackman. I met Hackman once -- normally, I'm too tongue-tied when I come within speaking distance of a celebrity (I missed opportunities to talk to Robert Duvall & Whoopie Goldberg -- I ran into them both on separate occasions when they were strolling around Newport, Rhode Island -- no crowd around -- just me & them -- and I failed to do more than smile a silly grin of recognition) --- but I was determined to speak up when I encountered Gene Hackman. He was very gracious, and shook my hand, and even chatted for a few minutes. Very "just-plain-folks" considering he was an Academy Award winner. Now if I could only run into JLH, or Tina Fey, or Elizabeth Hurley, or Anne Heche, or ...
